| DY-STT Sitting Type Thermoplastic (Convex) Pavement Striping
Machine is a type of screeding general line striper equipment,
compact and small, flexible to operate. Under the premise of
sufficient melt material. 1. Engine: Japanese Honda 20HP
wind-cooled electrical starting single-cylinder gasoline engine.
The fuel tank's cubage is 40L. 2. Driving speed: The original
imported variable speed transmission system with automatic brake
device, which can be freely operated in forward, back off or stop.
The right, left and rear wheels equipped with differential speed
gearing can be easy to turn in a curve. The driving speed is
0-22km/h, and the max climbing capacity is 15 degree. 3. Heating:
Propane infrared heating source, electronic ignition and heat
transfer oil heating economize the gas 30% than the traditional
heating. The heating is more regular, more convenient, safer and
more environment-friendly. 4. Marking: Equipped with hydraulic
screeding shoe. The structural slab is made of imported special
steel plate with high-temperature (2000℃) and oxidation resistance,
whose stability is much better after pressing. The plinth is
special alloy-steel-made pneumatic structure. The floor knife is
imported hard tungsten-alloy knife. 5. Glass Bead Spraying: Single
pressure type visible glass bead tanks with a 120L cubage ensure
continuous glass bead spraying during all the marking period.
Single glass bead gun equipped in the left and right side, its
pressure, flow and spraying width can be adjusted to ensure the
spraying beads firmer, more regular and more economizing. 6.
Electronic controlling: Setting kinds of line standard controlling
and using micro-electronic intellectual controlling. The line type
can be adjusted freely according to the needs. 7. Paint Tank:
Cool-rolled oxidation-resisting steel paint tank, in whose
interlayer the high-tech thermal insulation material is filled.
Inside the tank is equipped with the hydraulic chain-driven
horizontal vane blender. Paint cubage: 200L. 8. Air Compressor:
Piston air wmpressor with a 0. 6 m3/min delivery capacity. The
pressure in the pressure tank for air supply is adjustable and
equipped with automatic safety exhaust. 9. Alarm Function: Single
alarm lamp with adjustable flicker frequency (or burst flash)
improves the safety of marking operator. 10. Guide Rod: Extractable
guide rod can be freely adjusted up, down, eft and right. 11.
Pre-mark system: This paint striper can be fitted with pre-marking
system. When you marking the one line you can pre-mark another
line, this improves the working efficiency greatly. 12. Size &
weight: 3200mm(length)*1500mm(width)*600mm(height) and 600kg.
